TVision, an ERP solutions provider, needed a new website with a more user-friendly framework to make it easier to navigate their offerings.
Restructuring, redesigning and rebuilding Tvision’s website to entice and educate.
TVision, an ERP solutions provider, needed a new website to update their online presence and reorganise their site structure, which had grown increasingly complex over time.
The first task was to create a new sitemap design. Our proposed sitemap removed unnecessary pages, simplified service pages that better directed visitors, and redesigned how learning resources were accessible.
Defining the approach with multiple concepts
Following the approval of the sitemap, our web design team developed concepts for key areas of the site, ranging from a significant departure from their previous style to a modern web design from what they already had. The final chosen responsive web design took elements of both routes and presented direct customer journeys on all device sizes.
The website design caters for new and existing customers, and includes a comprehensive overview of the software’s capabilities. Above-the-fold on the homepage included category boxes with short questions to direct customers immediately upon arrival. Our design team added interactable areas for users to detail their requirements and receive auto-suggestions for solutions, and a login area where current customers can see subscription information. The final result was a bold, easy to navigate design that the client loved.
Easy website management for the client
Following the completion of the website design, we worked closely with the client to create the website using WordPress. TVision needed quick access to their blog and templated elements to add to individual pages. Our in-house digital marketing team reviewed the website, optimising the text for SEO.
