Being an experienced social media company with the added benefit of an in-house design studio and web development team, we designed and built a multiple-choice question based game specifically for the iPad that was simple for visitors to Universal's stand to just pick up and play in a very short space of time. The HTML game recorded the number of questions participants answered correctly and also the time taken to complete; meaning that in the even of a tie, the time taken could be used to identify a winner.
Applications for the iPad and other mobile devices are becoming an increasingly popular way to reach new and established audiences. Universal's decision to go ahead with the creation of an iPad-based game increased footfall to thier main stand and also kept visitors on the stand longer than many of their competitors.
Our experience in creating vibrant collateral items and HTML-based systems were perfectly matched in the creation of the Universal game. The design and creation process was completed in a short space of time - allowing us to thoroughly test the features before the EBACE show, ensuring it ran without any problems throughout the exhibition and was a major success for Universal.
