TFA is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected, both online and offline.

 

Should we ask you to provide certain information, by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

TFA may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. Please review it periodically to ensure that you are happy with any changes. Alternatively, should you wish to be notified automatically when any changes are made, simply

Offline

All clients may, at some point or another, share with information that could be of a sensitive nature. For this reason we have a blanket policy on non-disclosure that all staff accept as part of their standard Contract of Employment. We take our responsibilities in this area very seriously and we do not discuss with external parties any sensitive information.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
