They came to TFA as they needed a team of website developers that could display their products and service clearly and also a dedicated content management system that could allow them to update their products and services with ease. Being based in Buckinghamshire also helped as it meant we could also visit AVM and visa-versa to aid the development. AVM were keen to retain their brand identity; so this was a key consideration when it came to our in-house graphic designers creating concept visuals. Another consideration was to capture a 'technical' feel without making the site feel to crowded or busy. We achieved this with a mix of clear iconography designs and product listings that were simple to and easy to locate and identify.
As well as the main website design, we also created a bespoke content management system that would allow AVM to edit the site and its content should products or listings need to change. We also added Live Chat functionality that would allow users to chat live to customer service operators and embedded LinkedIn, Twitter and video links so that visitors could engage with AVM via social media if they wished.
